There’s lots of talk about ‘warm banks’ for folks who can’t afford to turn the heating on but with many/most councils already in serious financial difficulties how will they afford to heat & run public buildings such as libraries come October?

Spent part of yesterday writing a statement on behalf of a colleague confirming @CILIPinfo policy in support of #DQST events in #libraries and providing assurance that these events are compatible with the Ethical Principles of libraries. Happy to do it, but sorry to have to.
