West Bridgford Library reopens after £5.3m rebuild
The West Bridgford development follows the £3.4m refurbishment of Mansfield Library last year.  Three years ago the authority cut its budget for new library books, and reduced the opening hours of some of its smaller libraries.  It claimed the savings on books had helped prevent the closure of some of Nottinghamshire’s 60 libraries.
