Community volunteers could be drafted in to run libraries as part of a major-shake-up in Staffordshire
Some libraries could be taken over by community volunteers and others could be moved into pubs, post offices or fire stations as part of a major shake-up of the service. The changes could also see a number of small and under-used libraries across Staffordshire closed down altogether or replaced with mobile vans to save money.
