Grove Park Library is one that has been run by a social enterprise organisation for some years after Lewisham Council in South London decided they couldn’t or wouldn’t afford it. That organisation has pulled out at very short notice and the Council is now trying to find an alternative provider (it looks as though they won’t or don’t want to run it directly.)
