The parish council would become responsible for covering the costs of utility bills and cleaning, while a community group would be setup to run the library. If this approach is supported by villagers a number of volunteers would be needed to ensure the success of a community option.

Broadway | Consultation to consider library’s future
To make the savings required, the county council has explored a range of options with a preferred idea being to set up a charitable community group to manage the library and therefore reduce running costs as a result.
